Our company came into being in 1986 with an objective to introduce the textile industry with superior quality of denim and a professional approach. We continued to combat our challenges and emphasized making small strides towards our clearly laid-out vision. Today, we are one of the largest players in the denim manufacturing industry. Our growth in stature echoes in how our manufacturing capacity has grown from almost nothing in 1986 to a substantial number in 2018. We now have multiple mills that produce organic denim in bulk. MarutiNandan Spinning Mill has a capacity of 1000 tons per month, Balaji Polycot can manufacture 26,40,000 MTR every month, and ShyamTexturising can produce 440 TON per month.
We have implemented invincible quality control measures at every stage of the process, right from fiber to finish. We make use of durable cotton, one that’s hand-picked from short-listed farms in India. Plus, our automated manufacturing process and use of foreign-made machinery for spinning, weaving, dyeing, and finishing further augment our product’s consistent quality. This is made possible by our 3 manufacturing units that perform different tasks in the process of denim manufacturing.
